Each ingredient has been rigorously selected to evoke the aromatic markers of the estate's wines, such as black pepper for the syrah, thyme and orange peel for the grenache. In every sip, you will also discover the delicate aromas of juniper berries, coriander and cardamom seeds, angelica root, fennel seeds, as well as cinnamon bark, rosemary leaves, which blend elegantly as a tribute to the aromatic notes associated with the estate's wines.
