Terroir
Discover a remarkable cuvée, sourced from several carefully selected parcels, each contributing its own distinctive characteristics. Grenache, grown on sandy soils, gives this wine beautiful roundness and fruity richness. Meanwhile, Syrah planted on rolled pebbles adds powerful and structured tannins. The vines, younger than those of our famous "Les Cailloux" cuvée, allow this wine to be enjoyed from a young age.
Tasting Notes
From the very first nose, this cuvée captivates with dominant aromas of red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, followed by a lingering peppery finish. On the palate, the tannins are harmonious and elegant, offering a silky and refined texture. After five years, notes of leather and undergrowth emerge, while the finish gains in elegance and length.
This wine will beautifully enhance your red meats and game, bringing out their full flavors.
