Terroir

Discover a remarkable cuvée, sourced from several carefully selected parcels, each contributing its own distinctive characteristics. Grenache, grown on sandy soils, gives this wine beautiful roundness and fruity richness. Meanwhile, Syrah planted on rolled pebbles adds powerful and structured tannins. The vines, younger than those of our famous "Les Cailloux" cuvée, allow this wine to be enjoyed from a young age.

Tasting Notes

From the first nose, this cuvée charms with its dominant aromas of red and black fruits. On the palate, the tannins are harmonious and elegant, offering a silky and refined texture. After 5 years, leather and undergrowth aromas emerge, while the finish gains elegance and length. This wine will perfectly complement your red meats and game dishes, revealing all their flavors.
