"The first vintage vinified in the new cellar, the 2022 Châteauneuf Du Pape Centenaire is based on 90% Grenache and 10% Syrah, completely destemmed and aged 24 months in stainless steel. It offers gorgeous blackberries, kirsch liqueur, roasted garrigue, and spice on the nose. Medium to full-bodied, ripe, and concentrated, it has building tannins and a gorgeous finish. This is a more concentrated, more structured version of the 2023 that will benefit from another 4–5 years of bottle age and evolve beautifully over the following two decades. Drink 2029–2049.
