Ingredients
- 300 g of ground beef
- 1 coffee spoon of ginger in small bits
- 2 coffee spoons of ground coriander
- 2 soup spoons of green peas
- 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
- 1 large minced onion
- 1 coffee spoon of curry powder
- Salt and pepper
- 1 coffee spoon of oil
- 50 g melted butter
- Sheet of dough
Preparation
- Brown the onions in oil until tender
- Add the beef, ginger, coriander, garlic, curry
- Continue cooking until beef is well cooked
- Place this preparation into a blender until it has mincemeat consistency
- Cut the sheet of dough into strips of 3-4cm wide
- Coat strips with melted butter and lay a small spoonful of filling at the bottom part of the strip
- Fold into a triangle. Repeat this operation as many times as there is dough
- Place small samosas on oven tray or on a sheet of wax paper and put in the oven (thermostat 6-7, 200°C) for about 5 minutes until they are golden.
Goes great with a: Côtes du Rhône rouge Sommelongue with its spiciness and well-roundedness
