The Domaine boasts 20 hectares of vineyards, mostly with Grenache vines which have the average age of about 60 years old. Certain hundred-year-old vines, located on the Farguerol plain to the north of the appellation area are notably intended to make 3000 bottles of the prestigious Cuvée Centenaire of the Domaine Les Cailloux = Great production years and exceptional wines.
The two red Châteauneuf from the Domaine are made through the blending of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah, and as for the whites, the three following grape varieties are found: Roussanne, Grenache and Clairette.
The Domaine’s annual production is about 300,000 bottles, of which some is exported the world over and some which you’ll find served the fine-dining establishments.
