Visual aspect : buttercup yellow colour, crystal-clear, limpid. Nose : discreet first nose, mentholated. More spicy second nose, with curry aromas, then crystallised citrus. Palate : supple first taste, fatness, discreet acidity. Crystallized fruits, spicy notes in retro-olfaction. Match with food : pike quenelles. Comments : a Châteauneuf du Pape in its best tradition, very pleasant.
